The machine consists of power unit, furnace for heating preforms, preform autoloader, container with control system.
The preform autoloader is designed for preform orientation and feed them to heating area. The furnace for heating preform is designed for uniform heating of preform and positioning in area capture of gripping holder step by step. The power unit is designed for filing preform on mold and provides product blowing out, taking out of ready product from mold and feed them the next technological line. The use of servo-drivers provides uniform rate and intensifying for more quantity traction of preform before blowing out. Specialized valve terminal with self-diagnostic used for the control of air powered drive. The control of level heating bulb by means industrial and specialized module of control. The machine is equipped with pneumatic devices and servo-drivers, controller and electronics by "FESTO" company.
